About NISCE
NISCE (National Independent Sector Capacity Exchange) is a platform at pilot stage from The Capacity Exchange Ltd. It is a neutral capacity directory and evidence custodian - a structured, current view of Independent Sector capability that authorised NHS and HSC teams can search for themselves. NISCE does not approve, accredit, rank, or pre-qualify providers, and does not make or direct procurement, contracting, or clinical decisions. Those decisions remain entirely with the Trust.
Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate The Capacity Exchange Ltd or any employee, representative, or affiliate
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services

Pilot Phase and Service Availability
NISCE is currently at pilot stage. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Services during this pilot period.
